The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care about their clients, everyone there will do absolutely their best to help with you with anything you need. We are truly impressed by the service they provided and my son has been constantly reminding me of going back here again next year. Special thanks to Cherry Li, your service and smile will be truly appreciated and missed, she really made our trip a great memory we will cherish forever. Thank you so much!

It’s a great hotel in Yinchuan that provides ready access to the wine region while still being centrally located. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and spa are of a high standard. Bed is comfortable, and staff are all very friendly and accomodating. But the stand out reason to stay is the exceptional service provided by Markus as the general manager. He made us all feel extremely welcome, which isn’t that common while travelling in China these days.

The breakfast buffet offers high quality food for chinese and western/international people. The bread is really exceptional. The Thai Restaurant for dinner is excellent and the beer in "Cafe Berlin' is one of the best I ever had in China ! The beds are huge (2m x2m) and more than comfortable. Congratulations to the Hotel Management + staff !!
