Great location, excellent facilities especially the gym and swimming pool. The staff is extremely friendly and they truly care about their clients, everyone there will do absolutely their best to help with you with anything you need. We are truly impressed by the service they provided and my son has been constantly reminding me of going back here again next year. Special thanks to Cherry Li, your service and smile will be truly appreciated and missed, she really made our trip a great memory we will cherish forever. Thank you so much!

Very good hotel in Yinchuan. Close to the lake and right in front of People’s Square. The staff was excellent, paying attention to every detail. They really made our stay memorable. There was also a German restaurant inside, with a very nice patio for dinner outside. Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Yinchuan!

Large, clean, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed. Best breakfast ever! A special mention to Poppy (Cafe Berlin, Breakfast) and Daisy (Front desk) for their charming and helpful manner (and good English). It’s those small touches that make a hotel stay more memorable.

Although generally limited in English, the staff were all very friendly and helpful - with a particular star award for Daisy when our booked hire car failed to show up.

It’s a great hotel in Yinchuan that provides ready access to the wine region while still being centrally located. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and spa are of a high standard. Bed is comfortable, and staff are all very friendly and accomodating. But the stand out reason to stay is the exceptional service provided by Markus as the general manager. He made us all feel extremely welcome, which isn’t that common while travelling in China these days.
